Explosive Canadian rockers Art of Dying are currently embarking on an extensive and highly-anticipated US headlining tour, their first shows on American soil since releasing the critically acclaimed 13 song full length, Rise Up, released through Eleven Seven Music. Newcomers Children 18:3 and Letters from the Fire have been handpicked as support for the 40+ date run, as well as Source and Seattle’s The People Now. The tour will be supporting a brand new EP, titled Nevermore, set for release this Friday, September 2nd. During their country-spanning tour, the quartet will be making an appearance in Seattle, playing the renowned Studio Seven on September 20th.

A band that tows the line between under-the-radar cult favorite and mainstream rock smash, Vancouver, B.C.’s Art of Dying has gained recognition from publications big and small, as well as love from radio stations all across America, for their explosive arena-sized approach to hard rock and alternative metal. Singles like 2011’s “Die Trying” received steady rotation on commercial rock radio stations, and the album the single came off of, Vices and Virtues, peaked at #1 on the Billboard Heatseeker Albums chart.

Tickets to the all-ages show are priced at $14, and can be purchased via etix.com. For more information on the show itself, consult studioseven.us.
