Northwest Music Scene interviews Red Fang guitarist David Sullivan

It’s been quite a year for Portland’s Red Fang. Since signing with Relapse Records in September of 2010, the band has been building momentum with their second album (“Murder the Mountains” released in April 2011) a pair of hilarious videos (“Wires” and “Prehistoric Dog”) and slew of big time touring opportunities, including a spot on the 2011 Mayhem Festival.

Northwest Music Scene took time in between intermittent downpours during the Mayhem Festival’s White River Amphitheatre stop in Auburn, Wash. to talk to guitarist David Sullivan about their videos, the past year, singing with Relapse, Black Sabbath and Portland’s Sizzle Pie Pizzeria.
