Seattle’s Walking Papers nominated for Best New Band at Classic Rock Awards 2013
Seattle’s very own super group, the roots infected Walking Papers have been nominated in the Best New Band category for the Classic Rock Awards 2013.
Of course Walking Papers are not your typical thrown together super group just to sell some CDs. These guys have synergy, they click as a band and have from day 1. Of course many of us around here knew what to expect from Jefferson Angell, everything he touches musically turns to gold. We’d like to assume that he probably makes music in his sleep, the songs just seem to roll out of him. Of course he couldn’t do this with out the amazing supporting cast which include Jeff’s longtime musical sidekick and keyboard wizard Benjamin Anderson, Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees, Mad Season) & Duff McKagan(Guns & Roses,Loaded,Velvet Revolver)
