75 Bands in 75 Days – Day 25: Fruit Juice

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome, welcome, to 75 Bands in 75 Days, where we’re showcasing some of the best talent that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, at least one band per day, leading up to December 31st, to ring in a new year. This list is in no particular order and it is not a chart or a countdown. It’s merely a list of bands or musicians that you might not have heard of that we feel are worthy of checking out. The 25th band is a band called Fruit Juice from Olympia.

I’ll admit I know very little about this band aside from an email we received from them and sometimes it’s better this way. If you want to listen to a band that sounds like almost no one else right now,(we sure as fuck do) this might be the band for you. They sound like late 60’s or early 70’s psychedelic cartoon pop rock…picture The Archie’s on shrooms. Definitely a fun sound and we’d totally suggest checking them out for yourself.
