Gorgon City coming to The Showbox & Roseland Theater in October

British dance duo Gorgon City have announced a fall North American live tour in support of their forthcoming sophomore album, Escape, the eagerly anticipated follow-up to 2014’s Sirens.

Kicking off on October 25 at The Showbox in Seattle, the Escape live tour follows Gorgon City’s recent sold out UK and Europe Kingdom tour. The tour will also stop in Portland at Roseland Theater. For tickets, visit www.gorgoncity.com. Each ticket will include a digital copy of the album as part of the ticket price.

Support comes from LA-based, GRAMMY-nominated producer King Henry, who will be opening for Gorgon City with hisinfectious melodic productions across all dates.

Available for preorder, Escape will be released on August 10 via Capitol Records. Fans can preorder vinyl at the official Gorgon City store. Laced with a flurry of the pair’s latest tracks, including “Go Deep,”as well as “Hear That” feat D Double E and upcoming single “One Last Song”with JP Cooper and Yungen, Escape showcases Gorgon City’s sonic diversity, ranging from down tempo summer chill-out anthems to club-ready productions, influenced by the duo’s gruff basslines, and deep house inspired chords. The album also contains last summer’s whopping hit “Real Life,”a Balearic anthem they created with Duke Dumont which became the soundtrack to the Ibiza 2017 season.
