Bumbershoot Announces 2016 Festival Lineup

After much speculation, anticipation, and rumor mill-churning leaks, we’re excited to say that the Bumbershoot 2016 lineup is finally here. After last year’s lineup touted such huge names as Ellie Goulding, The Weeknd, Faith No More, among many other huge-name acts and some local favorites as well, this year’s lineup has a lot to prove if it wants to compete with last year’s lineup. And with such names as Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Halsey, Marshmello, Zhu, Kygo, Father John Misty, G- Eazy, Bryson Tiller, Run The Jewels, Fetty Wap, Tame Impala, Pretty Lights, Porter Robinson and Death Cab For Cutie, we think it’s fair to say Bumbershoot 2016 is up to the challenge. The 2016 outing will also include myriad performers, including, but not limited to: Anderson Paak, Jagwar Ma,  St. Lucia, Third Eye Blind, Logic, Tokimonsta, Black Joe Lewis, Bishop Briggs, Chevy Metal, Explosions in the Sky, Donna Missal, Hippie Sabotage, Escondito, Atlas Genius, Kamasi, Strangers You Know, Banners, Lewis Del Mar. Front Bottoms, Andrew Bird, Hinds, Zella Day, TroyBoi, Jimi Charles Moody, Jo Jo, Bob Moses, Ron Funches, Reign Supreme, Breakin’ Competition, Barns Courtney, Joywave, The Flavr Blue, Shaprece, Dude York and so many more…... We will continue to update this page as more acts are revealed.

For four and a half decades, Bumbershoot has been Seattle’s festival — an end-of-summer ritual celebrating local and regional talent alongside national and international artists across the arts spectrum. This year’s festival will be taking place from September 2nd until September 4th. We hope you’re just as excited for this year’s outing as we are.
