50-50 FEATURED

Welcome, welcome, to 50 Bands in 50 Days, where we’re turning you onto the best talent that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, one band at a time, presented by GigTown. Today we’re putting the spotlight on a local favorite that we hope you’re familiar with, one Ayron Jones and The Way.

Widely considered by many around these parts to be the spiritual successor to Jimi Hendrix, Ayron Jones is the Seattle musician to watch out for. With a deeply striking rock sound that perfectly captures the spirit of Hendrix’s passionate, hazed-out musical vibe, as well as perfectly updates Seattle rock from the early-to-mid 1990’s without coming off as derivative or as a rip-off, we strongly believe Ayron Jones and The Way will be the next international smash from Seattle.

This is in part thanks to the combined talents of Ayron and his band, consisting of Ayron on guitar and vocals, Kai Van De Pitte on drums, and Deandre Enrico on bass. The full band has amazing chemistry when recording and playing together, which leads to an incredibly exhilarating dynamic both in studio and in the live session.

If you like to be on the cutting edge of the best of Seattle music, you have to familiarize yourself with Ayron Jones and the Way posthaste.
