Music fans of the Pacific Northwest, get ready for our fifth annual year-end daily local music showcase, 100 Bands in 100 Days, where every day until December 31st, we’re showcasing a new band or artist you have to know about, once again presented by Verity Credit Union.

Either way, we’re fairly confident you can come away from this daily segment with plenty of new favorites. Today’s featured artist is Kate Lynne Logan.
About the band:
A prolific songwriter, Kate is an independent recording artist. She’s shared stages with Shawn Colvin, Bob Schneider, Peter Bradley Adams, and many others. And she’s no stranger to iconic Seattle venues, such as The Tractor, Neumos, The Fremont Abbey, The Crocodile, and The Triple Door. Her sound further blurs the lines between pop, folk, and alt-country.
Powerful tunes delivered with soul-stirring vocals, melancholy lyrics, delicately crafted with a meticulous attention to slight nuances in seemingly every song.
