Ukulele Pop Artist Jon Yoon to Release CD at Conor Byrne Showcase

Jon Yoon

Just-Records (http://just-records.com) is proud to present ukulele pop artist, Jon Yoon, performing with Katrina Charles and Lady Grace on Thursday, May 15th at 8pm.  The showcase/CD release show will be held at the Conor Byrne Pub in Ballard and admission is $7 at the door.

Jon Yoon is a Ukulele Acoustic Pop artist from Seattle by way of Chicago. From his classical roots and love of many music genres, his influences range from artists like Jason Mraz, Michael Buble, and more. He is often entertaining Pike Place Market tourists with ukulele versions of popular songs and originals. Jon looks to make a big musical impact with a tiny instrument.

From piano lessons as a child, immersing himself in music classes in high school & college, and learning how to play multiple instruments, music was a passion that was put on the back-burner when moving from Chicago to Seattle in 1997, but not truly forgotten.

Rediscovering the love of making music and choosing the ukulele as the main weapon of choice, Jon looks to share his soul to the world, one note at a time.

This show is a special music showcase by Dan Yost of Just-Records and is also the physical CD Release of Jon Yoon’s first 6-song EP “Purple Roses, Coffee Beans, and All Things In Between”.
