The Pack A.D. to Play String of Northwest Shows in June

unnamed (13)

Vancouver’s premier psych-punk outfit The Pack A.D. will be blazing through Portland and Seattle for a couple dates on a short, but promising U.S. tour in June. The acclaimed B.C. duo also promises new music down the pipeline, the first new full-length we’ll have heard from The Pack since 2014’s Do Not Engage, one of the duo’s most acclaimed records to date. Fans can hopefully expect to hear old favorites and some new unreleased material on this tour.

The Pack A.D. is singer and guitarist Becky Black and drummer Maya Miller, and together the two conjure some of the most destructive and trailblazing rock music in British Columbia. Simplistic in structure and unforgiving in tone, The Pack mixes shredding guitar riffs and pounding drum beats into a winning sound that’s simultaneously ready for medium-sized festival stages, cramped, sweaty local venues, and gargantuan amphitheatres.

During their brief tour, they’ll be making stops at the Doug Fir Lounge in Portland, before coming up for a Seattle show at the Tractor Tavern. You can find a full list of tour dates below. Click on either of the northwest dates to be redirected to ticket information.
