The Dolly Rottens to Reunite for Benefit Show on November 9

Seattle born and raised, Darci Carlson and Geneva Butler hit it off in 2009 after deciding one day to get together and jam. From there, countless days and nights were spent writing songs about their ex’s, broken hearts, and getting fucked up. What resulted was some pretty kickass band called The Dolly Rottens.  After quickly making a name for themselves the band has been on hiatus for the last six years but they’ve just announced a reunion show for a most important cause. It’s billed as an Acoustic Reunion with Carlson and Butler.

From the Facebook event page:

“Our nephew Donovan Greenlea needs our help, and what better way to reunite than under the circumstance of family.

Diagnosed with Meningitis and fighting to regain his normal life, our nephew requires 24/7 at home nursing care with the help of his single mother, our sister and friend Rachel Greenlea.”

All proceeds of this show will go to the care of the Greenlea Family.
