Cornell-ChrisACOUSTIC – SHOWCASING SONGS FROM HIS FORTHCOMING NEW ALBUM AND HIS ENTIRE CATALOG

Need some more Chris Cornell in your life? A better question is who doesn’t?  Seattle Symphony along with the Soundgarden frontman are going to fix that in September.

Chris Cornell is a modern iconic innovator who transcends genre. He was one of the chief architects of the sound that put Seattle on the musical map in the 1990’s and remains one of the best rock voices of all time. Achieving multi-platinum success with three legendary bands – selling over 30 million records worldwide – he has forged his own unique identity over three decades as a Grammy award-winning, golden Globe nominated singer, songwriter, guitarist, composer and lyricist.

His last time on stage at Benaroya Hall was a spectacular show as he fronted the Sonic Evolution – Mad Season Tribute.  You can read the show review for that HERE.

A few months earlier he popped into El Corazon and shocked the crowd as him and Tom Morello got together for some Audioslave songs and Chris’s acoustic performance of John Lennon’s “Imagine” was one for the record books.
