A Western Washington darling, Girls Love Rockets (formerly StoneAge Thriller) is a pop and rock outfit with a sound that’s hard to describe. They’re a local band from the Pacific Northwest, playing what they describe as “hot, bluesy power-pop,” with horns, piano, and more playing pivotal roles in the mix.

Girls Love Rockets has been working venues in the Seattle/Tacoma area for about 2 years, including the Hard Rock Cafe Seattle, One-Eyed Jacks in Lynnwood, Louie G’s in Fife, The SkyLark Cafe in West Seattle and Jazzbones in Tacoma. They’ve also opened for the likes of Candlebox, Filter, and others at the ShoWare Center in Kent.

If you have a taste for eccentricity, you’ll likely vibe with Girls Love Rockets.
